Getting the right measurements is critical for a perfect window treatment fit. Here are some guidelines — or let us handle it for you with a free in-home visit.
Always measure the width and height of the window opening.
For inside mount, measure the exact inside width at top, middle, and bottom — use the narrowest.
For outside mount, add 2–4 inches on each side for full coverage.
Measure height from the top of the opening to the sill (inside) or desired length (outside).
